What do you like best about Marriott International's CEO and the leadership team?

the equal opportunity, support they offer to all associates to learn and grow. Besides, they always push associates to accomplish more goals and create business succes.

How would you improve Marriott International's culture?

Really its great company culture that I don't notice anything missing.

How did you prepare for the Marriott International interview?

I searched the hotel Courtyard which belong to Marriott and the role of Guest Experience Expert. Besides, I worked on my body language and speaking voice.

How does your compensation at Marriott International compare to the industry average?

honestly, I searched before the interview and I found the average salary is more than offered in the interview but I accepted because I was intersted only to work with this company and have experience.

What's the diversity at Marriott International like?

I love to work with people with different background.

What brings you the most joy at Marriott International?

the relationship that I develop with my colleagues as I have sense of humour and spontaneous as well as with guest they trust me and appreciate me.

The management can seem unreasonable and uncomfortable. They have an old and outdated oppressive management style, which results in high turnovers and low morale.

I would listen to my employees and make the feel seen and heard. The company rises with each employee that it Elevates.

Marriott is still below the industry average, but Union Members are able to fight for fair compensation.

The company seem diversified, but there is a culture of oppression and no in inclusion for certain groups, if they want to be fairly compensated or promoted within the company.
