Onboarding
Collect required candidate onboarding documents.
Partner with HR to ensure timely completion of onboarding documents.Coordinate with hiring managers to confirm first-day details.
Internal Partner/Advisor
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
Provide updates on recruiting efforts and market intelligence.
Manage External Job Postings & Social Media Platforms
Advertise jobs on various platforms.
Update social media with internal openings and reinforce company brand and culture.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:

Role Overview:
Nexus is expanding, and we're seeking multiple Technical Sourcers to partner with our Talent Acquisition team. Key Responsibilities:
Technical Talent Sourcing: Utilize innovative and technical-focused sourcing techniques to identify, connect with, and attract specialized technical talent. Target platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and niche technical communities to reach developers, cryptographers, and engineers experienced in complex technical domains like zero-knowledge proofs.
Pipeline Building for Technical Roles: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for high-demand technical positions, such as backend, frontend, full-stack engineering, cryptography, and data science. Ensure alignment with hiring managers' strategic goals for Nexus's technical growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and technical hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with Nexus's R&D and technical needs. Gain insights into each role's technical requirements to tailor sourcing efforts effectively.
Engagement and Brand Representation: Foster genuine connections with passive and active technical candidates, serving as a brand ambassador to communicate Nexus's mission and values. Highlight Nexus's groundbreaking work in zero-knowledge proofs and verifiable computation to attract top-tier talent.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications, technical expertise, motivation, and alignment with Nexus's high-performance culture.
Data and Reporting on Technical Sourcing: Track technical sourcing metrics to identify effective channels and refine techniques. Share insights with the Talent team to enhance overall sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
Technical Sourcing Experience: 2+ years of sourcing experience in high-growth environments, with a specific focus on technical talent in fields like backend and frontend engineering, cryptography, and blockchain. Experience in open-source sourcing is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Sourcing Platforms for Technical Roles: Demonstrated success sourcing hard-to-find technical talent across platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and specialized online communities.
Technical Understanding and Interest: Familiarity with technical domains relevant to Nexus's mission, such as cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, or verifiable computation, is preferred.

As a Senior GTM Recruiter you will play a key role in building and executing the right strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization. The Opportunity
