THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Analyst, Dairy, you will be responsible for management of the dairy category. The senior analyst will play an integral role in setting growth and risk management strategies as well as finding, qualifying, and on-boarding new suppliers. Identify and execute on opportunities to improve margin, reduce risk, support Food with Integrity initiatives, and optimize supplier performance without compromising quality or sustainability standards.
Work closely with the procurement manager to identify, qualify, and negotiate with new suppliers to meet Chipotle's growth needs.
Build/maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, ensure they abide by CMG's rigorous supplier policies, fulfill deliveries, and help negotiate with suppliers for favorable pricing, quality, and production capacities.
Lead execution of commercialization and technology projects in your category.
Maintain master data, price updates, forecast models, price variation reconciliation and other supporting systems as required.
Analyze commodity markets and build relationships with our network of market experts, regularly communicating analysis through category reviews.
Work closely with cross-functional partners on menu innovation and other company-wide initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
B.A./B.S. in Supply Chain or Business preferred

THE OPPORTUNITY

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Sr Manage, Procurement (Protein & Commissary) is responsible for leading and developing a team responsible for sourcing and contracting beef, pork, tofu, spices, beans, salt, and other tier 2 ingredients as well as contract and manage the conversion of these ingredients into our steak, barbacoa, carnitas, sofritas, beans, salsa, queso, salsas and sauces. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work closely with Sr Director of Procurement to set strategy in designated categories and to determine optimum supplier allocation, pricing, contract structure, capacity, and risk.
Support and lead team of direct reports to ensure execution of the strategy and own supplier compliance to contract terms, product availability, quality and service level expectations, and cost.
Develop and empower a team of buyers in their respective categories to achieve Chipotle's key initiatives and personal growth.
Manage cross-functional projects and work collaboratively with other teams to drive menu innovation, develop, and execute win-win solutions to meet business needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders and ensure they are aligned with Chipotle goals and values.

As the Product Manager, Digital Restaurant Experience, you will set the strategy and drive the roadmap for owned products and experiences. You will work closely with our operations, food safety, design, systems teams, agile development teams, and key vendor partners to define and prioritize features, as well as build, launch, and iterate on new capabilities to deliver quality crew and customer experiences. + Set your product vision and roadmap in-line with the Digital Restaurant Experience (DRE) Strategy and overall Chipotle Digital Experiences Team.
+ Use data, analytics, competitive research, user testing and market research to inform roadmap, feature priority, and make recommendations on which new tech/tools to invest in or leverage.
+ Develop customer-centric (restaurant guest and crew member) product roadmap for digital experiences related to customer pickup solutions, and last mile delivery experience.
+ Define and author product features and initiatives, partnering with Product Owners and Agile Development Teams to drive the execution of the work.
+ Work closely with technology vendor partners, including delivery partners, to manage relationships and ensure full understanding and relevant utilization of available capabilities.
+ Partner with cross functional stakeholders across the business to gain alignment, manage expectation, and execute quick turn POCs to create the Future for Chipotle, our customers, and our crew.
+ Define and communicate product success criteria, KPIs, and desired outcomes.
+ Partner with Product Managers across other Product Lines to ensure an overall cohesive and seamless digital experience.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
+ Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.
+ 5-7 years Product Management experience with subject matter expertise on B2C ecommerce, at a large-scale enterprise preferred.
+ Understanding of restaurant operations and factors such as food safety and physical space constraints that govern product design and development.
+ Ability to establish strong relationships and work effectively with RSC and Operations Leadership and cross functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with solid listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.
