Job Summary
The warehouse associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations with the manufacturing environment by handling the movement, storage, and organization of raw materials, components and finished products. This position involves receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for production or shipment. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards and company protocols.
Management Responsibilities
· This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions
· Use forklift to move materials and product within department as instructed; this may include steel coils, dies, baskets and containers, vinyl, welded components, etc.
· Load and unload trucks at shipping and receiving docks as instructed
· Verify part numbers, quantities, and purchase order information against packing slips
· Work in safe and healthy manner, strictly following all safety rules and regulations
· Accurately complete paperwork required for production records
· Operate Radio Frequency equipment to transact inventory
· Cycle count inventory and research problems
· Process small parcel (UPS) shipments and receipts
· Process outbound shipments and inbound receipts
· Pick boxed material from warehouse
· Print bar code label to identify product
· Operate forklift out-of-doors in a scrap dumping location
· Audit the warehouse inventory discrepancies and concludes the most probable cause of errors
· Prepare a daily report of audit results
· Key all warehouse inventory adjustments
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**
The Cycle Counter is responsible for accurately counting and recording inventory levels to ensure data integrity within the warehouse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Take daily count of inventory to log and process in Da Vinci WMS systems. Must be bilingual to work in this role. Ability to cycle count in warehouse all inventory and log. Will cross train in other office duties as time allows. Work in conjunction with other team members of the inventory team to manage and keep area organized and well logged.

With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide.
We are currently searching for Cycle Counter to join our team at our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg SC
What you will do:
Perform physical counts in all areas of plant and compare result with system data.
Research all discrepancies between physical count and system.
Investigate Gains and Losses before adjustments are completed in systems.
Maintain cycle count sheets and records.
Maintain and investigate the negative inventory report.
Assist the team in preparation, planning and executing physical inventory processes.
MRO receipts.
Coordinate and pack special orders/shipments and complete paperwork (BOL, commercial invoice).
UPS/FEDEX contact as needed for shipment follow-up.
Random BOM (Bill of Material) audits depending on cycle count findings.
Coordinates work activities with other coworkers and supervisors.
To ensure that all shipments inbound and outbound on assigned shift and processes are in compliance with customer requirements internal and external as specified by production control plans.
QAD System and processes.
To ensure that all production (processes, products and techniques) conforms to the work instructions in the plant's Quality Operating System.
To ensure production and delivery of all finished goods produced on the assigned shift and processes to meet daily shipping requirements.
Lead and follow ABC cycle counting process.
