Continually targets and prospects for new business through telemarketing, individual creativity and innovation. Maximize current hotel key accounts by identifying and capturing those that offer room night and revenue growth. Develop customer profiles and maintain an effective trace system, including trace dates and references, in order to best meet client needs, resulting in superior account service and increased revenues. Revenue Management: A well-rounded understanding of the particulars of revenue management and its relation to sales, including but not limited to: market intelligence and trends sales and revenue strategies general knowledge of revenue and reservations systems. Communication: Exhibit a positive and involved team attitude to all hotel departments and maintain open communications with all co-workers for the best overall performance of the hotel.
