Role Description

Health and Beauty Manufacturing (HBM) is searching for a full time Sales Manager in St Petersburg, FL and operates in three, 60,000 sq ft, manufacturing facilities.
HBM is a local, FDA-Registered, business in the nutritional and personal care manufacturing industry.
As the Sales Manager for HBM, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all sales and sales support activities related to our B2B contract manufacturing services. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and developing & managing an effective sales team to achieve our company's sales goals.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, motivate, and track the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. This includes hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Team Supervision: Ensure team members follow implemented processes. Manage the inside sales & sales support team and all sales activities.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and threats.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our nutritional and cosmetic services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our product range and value proposition.
Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales, monitor performance, and create regular reports to track progress against sales goals.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and R&D, to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.Must have detailed knowledge of all aspects of their customer's business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus), or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Contract Manufacturing especially with Nutritional and/or Cosmetic (preferred)
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
