RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development and implementation of school policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives as directed by the Head of Schools
Identify and address areas of improvement and implement efficient systems to enhance operational effectiveness
Monitor and address any operational issues or emergencies, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions
Supervise facilities management including maintenance, security, and safety protocols
Serve as the point of contact with the site partner and all vendors to ensure services meet expectations
Ensure all physical work environments within the local schools are safe, well-equipped, organized efficiently, and operating successfully for diverse students, families, and staff, including conducting regular internal audits
Conduct weekly internal licensing and facility audits and daily walk-throughs to ensure school is well-maintained and issues are proactively addressed
Lead, monitor and manage child enrollment and orientation processes across multiple sites
Ensure accurate daily attendance tracking for all enrolled children
Collaborate on school-wide initiatives by participating in the planning and coordination of family and community engagement events
Contribute to the development and implementation of staff professional development days across multiple sites
Work individually and collectively with the Heads of Schools regionally to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
Assist with administrative support as needed in collaboration with each Head of School.

LOCATION

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, salaried position.
The full salary range for this position is $66,000 - $99,000 per year. The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who have been in the role for multiple years and demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by qualifications and prior experience.
This role includes 15 paid days of vacation, 4 days of paid personal time off, 7 paid days of sick (care) time, 9 paid holidays, 5 paid days off for an organization-wide winter break, and additional time off if required by applicable law. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree
Five or more years of teaching or leading in an accredited childcare center or school with young children (ages 0 through 3

grade)
1+ years of experience with operational or instructional leadership of a multi-classroom school/center (e.g. as an Assistant Head of School, coaching other teachers, leading community outreach or similar)
2+ years prior work experience with children and families in low-income communities in the US OR significant personal experience in low-income communities in the US (grew up and/or attended school in)
