Senior Teller (Senior Member Service Representative)

What this role looks like: Use teller experience and knowledge to assist members with financial transactions, including receiving and paying out cash and other negotiable instruments. Provide guidance and support to teller staff, and manages and controls vault and ATM. Successful candidates must make a professional appearance, be enthusiastic, dependable and service-minded. What you'll do:
Receive and process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; as well as sell money orders, cashier's checks etc. to members. All while providing member service to the level "We Promise" to our members.
Schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily activities of teller staff. Provide guidance, training and development of staff, answer complex questions, and help to resolve disputes.
Manage, balance, and audit ATM, vault cash, and other negotiable instruments.
