What you'll do
You'll greet our customers in our lobbies. You're comfortable enough with technology to demonstrate how to use our mobile app, or our ATMs, to complete simple transactions. You'll create amazing experiences for our customers, looking for opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals by providing personalized advice and solutions that meet their needs, and connect them to our Bankers for the next step. Your knowledge of Citizens products and benefits will educate customers, and allow you to effectively respond to questions and/or concerns. All financial policies and procedures will be followed, including proper cash handling, state and local laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues

About the Role
Accurately process Bank transactions for banking customers with an emphasis on personalized quality service. Refer current and prospective customers to Personal Bankers for specialized services. Maintain and monitor appropriate materials, equipment and supplies as required for production support
Assist with ensuring that all tenant installations conform to applicable fire and safety regulations, especially the maintenance of fire lanes, and clear access to fire exits and emergency supplies

Substantial experience with a variety of musical and staged attractions in one or more active, large scale metropolitan venues
Significant experience operating a theatrical spotlight
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and networking systems and understanding of signal flow
General understanding of live sound, including stage plots, input lists, audio set up
Working knowledge of video projection, video switching, and automation
Working knowledge of theatrical rigging systems and knot tying techniques

What You'll Do
As a Member Service Representative II, you'll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys:
Engage with members: Provide extraordinary service while identifying their financial needs.
Promote solutions: Educate members on TruMark's products, services, and programs to offer tailored financial solutions.
Handle loan processes: Complete loan applications, process requests (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage), and assist with settlements.

The individual in this position is a member of a close-knit team who supports production activities at the Miller Theater.
Essential Functions:
* Assist with load-in, setup, rehearsal, performance, and load-out of presentations in the Miller Theater
* Operation of theatrical spotlight for presentations in the Miller Theater
* Operate and maintain all in-house theatrical equipment in Miller Theater
* Help supervise extra IATSE employees for all calls in Miller Theater
* Work within all theatrical disciplines and attend to wide range of duties as assigned
* Maintain and monitor appropriate materials, equipment and supplies as required for production support
* Assist with ensuring that all tenant installations conform to applicable fire and safety regulations, especially the maintenance of fire lanes, and clear access to fire exits and emergency supplies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Substantial experience with a variety of musical and staged attractions in one or more active, large scale metropolitan venues
