  • Events at Telesign

Teleisgn hosts an annual sales kickoff event at the beginning of every year. It’s a company-wide, in-person event to jumpstart the year’s goals.

Everyone’s invited to this one, from all over the globe. Leaders recognize that, while sales teams are responsible for landing clients, their success depends on customer support, engineering, and every other team of the company.

Telesign also puts on annual summer events for teams in different regions: one in Serbia for teams from Asia and Europe, and one in Los Angeles for US and South America-based teams.

There are also end-of-year parties at all of Telesign’s locations.

  • The Unique Aspects of Working at Telesign

While Telesign is very much a remote-first organization, they work hard to do as much in-person training as possible. No matter where you start working, you’ll be invited to Telesign’s headquarters in Los Angeles for your first 90 days on the job.

A full week of onboarding with your new team and the company’s executives is a unique aspect of Telesign’s culture. This focus on putting a face on the company continues from there, with a CEO meet-and-greet with every new hire once a quarter.

  • Work-Life Balance at Telesign

An unlimited PTO policy is where Telesign’s commitment to work-life balance begins, but not where it ends. Executives come together quarterly to make sure that everyone’s actually using their time off.

Telesign also gives all employees one company-wide mental health day per quarter to reset and de-stress.

There’s also a wellness subsidy program for fitness and mental health, as well as a mental health hotline. Beyond that, Telesign also encourages you to be an active member of your community by supporting volunteer time off.

While some companies have a one-size-fits-all culture, Telesign actively celebrates the diverse backgrounds their team members bring to the table.

There’s also the opportunity to travel, with everyone getting a chance to head to Telesign’s hubs in Los Angeles and Serbia at least once a year.

And if you like being on the cutting edge of new technologies, Telesign is the place for you. Telesign’s R&D team experiments with clients like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google.
