Job Purpose:
Coordinate with the clients customer implementations from contract phase through project delivery and first billing of projects with medium to difficult complexity and scope. Utilize Project Management tools (project schedules, risk analysis, etc.), maintain customer and project team collaboration, manage customer expectations and status meetings, and identify project risks. Contribute to PMO initiatives to increase productivity, recognize hard and soft cost savings, and deliver increased customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate with customers to manage the implementation of projects that have simple to difficult complexity; construct and publish dedicated project schedules (30%)

Experience:
5+ yrs Telco - IT experience; supervisory or team leader experience

Experience directing communication vendors
5+ years experience with Client/Server applications, Networking Technologies, TCP/IP, Metaframe, Windows server, Storage Systems, Network Security Methodologies, and other related business technologies

Education:

Provides technical services to daily operational control of a large complex voice, data telecommunications and LAN/WAN system with technical services
Installs, troubleshoots, tests and maintains all telecom/network equipment and on-site DC power systems including batteries (12V, 24V, 48V), rectifiers, generators, fuse panels, solar panels and grounding
Coordinates with SCADA, Gas Control, Network Services, local operations and company partners

Applies specialized knowledge to complete projects and/or work assignments
