Complete written and electronic records (i.e., work orders, calibration sheets, timecards, material requests) required to document work in progress and work completed. Respond to emergency situations as needed, including after hours. Participate in plant shutdowns as needed, including holidays and weekends. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills in the English language (written, verbal, inter-personal) 10 years of experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and VFDs. Experience with Parker drives. Network experience with switches and Ethernet IP. Experience in modifying HMIs. Experience with tuning PIDs. Experience with winding machines. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all apartment units. Complete, schedules repairs, and work associated with the maintenance needs of the property.
