This role requires extensive travel and in-field troubleshooting to ensure high-quality service for imaging equipment. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair X-ray imaging equipment in hospitals and healthcare facilities. Troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenance. Interface professionally with customers to ensure a seamless service experience. Travel extensively across Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin for on-site service. Document service activities and provide recommendations for system improvements. Identify potential service agreements or capital sales opportunities to earn referral bonuses. Qualifications: Experience in X-ray imaging equipment service and troubleshooting. Strong technical skills in imaging system maintenance and repair. Responsibilities Support and maintain a safe workplace by active involvement in the safety processes and leading by example by supporting our EHS policies and values. Train and mentor Unit Supervisors and craftspeople, enabling continuous technical skills improvement throughout the organization. Support up-skilling of crafts people. Develop and execute training plans. Lead the effort in development of SOP's, WIP's and related procedures on new and existing equipment; provide training on the procedures. Provide technical input to preventative and predictive maintenance systems. Ensure long term viability of existing equipment by recommending and implementing changes and improvements to control systems or equipment to increase equipment reliability. Lead problem solving and root cause analysis efforts, providing documentation and record retention on technical related issues. Assist in critical spare parts management. Provide off-shift and weekend support as needed. Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years' electrical experience in a manufacturing environment Must take and pass an electrical proficiency test.

This is a doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position, you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Call volume is variable but is usually 4-6 calls per day You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you. Job Description The Deployment Technician will perform computer deployment work onsite at our Fortune 100 client. The Technician will have the opportunity to be involved in all facets of the deployment life cycle to include receiving, imaging, deployment, training and disposal.
