Pay Rate: $18.40/Hr Schedule: 3RD Shift: Sunday - Thurs (Friday morning) 10pm - 6:30am (available to work overtime)
Need to be able to attend first shift orientation first week.
Summary:
Operate high-speed equipment used in the production of Medical Devices in a cGMP environment.
Perform setup, operation, inspection, troubleshooting and cleaning equipment. Completing production batches and documentation, AQL inspections, reworks, and material reconciliation.
Duties:
Production per Manufacturing Directions while maintaining compliance with SOPs.
Process batch paperwork accurately and timely.
Execute validation protocols for manufacturing/packaging equipment and procedures including revalidation.
Provide assistance with the review and revision of Manufacturing Directions and SOPs necessary for the manufacture and packaging of product.
Certified in operation of at least one high speed manufacturing equipment efficiently and effectively, in some cases highly automated, using HMI/SCADA interfaces.
Engage in and push cage 600 lbs. Maintain product segregation, retrieve and organize raw materials, and ability to learn fork truck operation.
Follow cleaning procedures to ensure adequate cleaning of the manufacturing areas.
Setup high speed equipment, within tolerances, to ensure product runs are started on time in established guidelines.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times.
Use PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) as required.
Maintain work area in an organized, clean manner in compliance with cGMP requirements.
Express ideas clearly (verbal and written) and work from verbal and written instructions, manuals, and work orders.
Perform calculations and complex task sequences.
Perform computer applications including learning and performing SAP transactions.
Routinely lift 20-50 pounds and stand for 8-12 hours.
Extensive standing, repetitive hand and arm motions, ability to climb steps.
Lifting (up to 50Lbs) and moving containers of cartons, tubes, and printed materials.
Operating in cool temperature and low humidity within the production room. Constant noise is common due to the operation of the air-dry chamber and pouching equipment.
Appropriate gowning requirements necessary for the production areas. Gloves are required to handle the product. Hairnet, clean room gowns and/or lab coats are required. Safety glasses and hearing protection are required personal protective gear.
Occasional environmental odors may be prevalent.
Education and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years' experience in FDA regulated environment and GMP is a plus but not necessary.

Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is to provide quality installations, inspections, fabrication maintenance and rpairs of hoist and crane equipment. Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components and circuits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect overhead industrial cranes and hoists to verify safety and compliance with manufacturer, OSHA and ANSI standards
Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment (strong knowledge of motor skills)
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities on equipment
Support customers by effectively interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed
Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs

Duties Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Cath Lab Tech is to provide assistance with patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab (CCL) through the provision of technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization team.
Provides direct, safe, competent and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
Assists in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Sustains a high level of patient care by communication with the patients, families, and physicians and co-works to address the physical, general and psychosocial needs of the patient.
Functions under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist performing the procedure.
Assists cardiologist during procedures by operating ancillary equipment, anticipating and obtaining catheters, wires and other necessary inventory and medications as ordered.
Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practiced guidelines.
Delivers quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
Works effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient-focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
Promotes and maintains a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
