Medical Equipment Technician Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policies and procedures. They respond to customer queries for technical support and data validation. They also submit ideas for improvements in the quality system and/or the measurement and calibration procedures.
