About AMS
AMS has been serving central Florida since 2002. Our primary market is to local air-conditioning contractors supporting them with HVAC Controls and other associated needs. Those needs may be controls service support, mechanical service support, control maintenance contracts and test & balance.
We also have accounts in which we provide mechanical as well as controls services directly to the owner or property management firm. With these accounts, we typically limit our mechanical service to troubleshooting and minor repairs. Equipment replacement and major repair needs are subcontractedwith one of our mechanical contractor partners.
