The QA Associate is responsible for the Quality support functions associated with the manufacturing of solid oral dosage products for a given business unit. The essential responsibilities associated with this position are oversight of the manufacturing operations (as dictated by cGMP, CFR, and SOP) through document review/approval, real time monitoring/approval of manufacturing activities and testing/approval of in-process and finished product samples.
Specific Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Recommend SOP and batch record changes as needed
• Review proposed SOP revisions and provide feedback to management
• Real-time audit of batch records in the production suites for completeness, documentation, calculation errors and conformance to critical process parameters
• Perform room and equipment clearances per procedure following cleaning conducted by production.
• Perform microbial swabbing of equipment and room surfaces for environmental monitoring.
• Maintain a full understanding of all SOPs and policies along with all cGMP and CFR guidance that are applicable to the manufacturing of solid oral dosage pharmaceutical products.
• Perform routine testing of in-process and finished product samples including particle size, bulk density, moisture analysis, appearance, and AQL testing real-time.
• Monitor production manufacturing areas for compliance to SOP/cGMP/batch record and safety requirements in order to identify and resolve routine errors and prevent possible deviations that affect production real-time.
• Works cross functionally to assess impact for potential deviations and assist in identifying if an investigation is required.
• Initiate deviation problem reports in Trackwise for issues discovered by QA, providing sufficient detail of the incident so that a full investigation by the responsible department can be conducted.
• Manage quality status of WIP and finished good materials on physical inventory and in inventory system (JD Edwards)
• Other assignments as needed within the scope of QA Associate training curriculum.
• Assist in investigations for deviations by supporting data gathering and root cause analysis
• Enforcement of GMP Compliance.
• Promotes team work and good communication.
• Provide training and coaching to manufacturing staff as needed
• Support site process improvements (training, efficiency projects, implementation of CAPAs)
• Supports customer complaint investigation by performing inspection of retains and complaint samples
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in related science or technical field in combination with 2 years prior relevant work experience.
• Minimum of High School Diploma in combination with 4+ years of relevant work experience in a regulated GMP manufacturing environment.
• Additional qualifications desired are Lean Six Sigma, ASQ certification or other professional certifications.

Summary:
The primary purpose of the maintenance technician is to ensure production and operations are running safely at the most efficient level achievable, producing the highest possible production quality. Complies with applicable regulations and the department's safety program.
Essential Functions:

JOB SUMMARY
• Operates and maintains facilities equipment including, but not limited to, building controls, fire protection systems and heating-ventilation-and air-conditioning (HVAC).

• Documents all maintenance activities executed on the site computer maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Performs, as needed, maintenance service and repairs in the area of plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Plans, coordinates, inspects, and performs maintenance and supports project management for facility related projects, including but not limited to, building remodeling and construction, equipment installation and/or placement, safety and environmental compliance, mechanical systems maintenance, and energy conservation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Documents all maintenance activities (Preventive or Corrective Maintenance) on the site computer maintenance management system (MAXIMO).
• Operate all portable power tools and hand tools in assigned area, drills, wrenches, and grinders.
• Operates and perform preventive maintenance of facility and utility equipment.
• Adjust temperature and humidity set points on heating and air conditioning control system.
• Perform general repairs on HVAC and exhaust ventilation equipment.
• Install, repair and troubleshoot plumbing and piping.
• Participate in and work with a production team environment. Receive direction from team members and production/engineering supervisor/facilitator.
• Available to work extended shift periods (overtime), weekends, non-regular work periods, holidays, shutdown periods when this have been properly notified and schedule.
• Associates in this position are required to be “on call” as defined in the “On Call Policy” and the Fair labor Standards Act and are required by management to respond to emergency or essential work situations on established departmental schedules.
• Operates chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, exhaust fans, air compressors, emergency power generators, uninterrupted power systems, water treatment systems and environmental control systems among other utility equipment.
• Executes Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, dehumidifiers, air handling units, exhaust fans, air compressors, emergency power generators, uninterrupted power systems, water treatment systems and environmental control systems among other utility equipment.
• Performs replacement and aligns belts if necessary.
• Checks performance, and repair, if necessary, electrical and hydraulic system motors.

• Work with limited direction in effectively diagnosing problems and repairing building/utilities components in a timely manner.

• Maintain facility equipment and building in high standard condition.
• Read facility mechanical and electrical drawings; identify parts from drawing and bills of material.

The Radiologic Technologist II is responsible for operating equipment to obtain visual information for use in interpretation and diagnosis by physicians. Assists Radiologists in special procedures. Assists patient in preparation for examination and insures physical position for required exposure for all types of radiology.
Explain's radiology process and procedure to patient and obtains a consent for Diagnostic Procedures when applicable.
Performs and/or assists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures while maintaining optimum patient safety.
Selects equipment for use in ultrasound setup according to specification of examination.
Identifies differences between healthy and pathological areas, and judges if images are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes.
Photographs visual image of organs shown on display module to obtain Permanent record of internal examination.
Attaches identification tag to photographs or recorder printout to insure maintenance of records.
Discusses test results with supervisory or professional personnel to determine whether additional ultrasonic examinations are required.
Reports all problems in equipment to Director as appropriate.
Performs mammography exams according to FDA guidelines, if certified to do so.
Transports patient when required to and from floor and ER.
Prepares and/or administers contrast, oral and IV, opaque media or nuclear medicine.
Makes images, measures glandular activity, traces radioactive doses, and calculates the amount of radiation of the drugs as they pass through or locate in different parts of a patient's body.
Prepares stock solution of radioactive materials and calculates doses to be administered by the Radiologist/Technologist.
Performs CT scans and performs other related tasks as required.
Must rotate on-call duties as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an *AMA* approved school.
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) AND
Completion of training courses in Ultrasound Technology, Nuclear Medicine and CT scan where available.

A Leading Automotive Supplier in Shepherdsville, Kentucky needs a C-Crew Maintenance Technician. The C-Crew Shift Hours are 6 AM to 4 PM Friday & Saturday and 6 PM to 4 AM on Sunday & Monday.
This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Maintain all equipment through preventative and proactive maintenance. With the intentions of keeping the equipment in good operating order and as close to factory condition as possible. With the exception of upgrades and improvements and maintain daily inspections and reports on relevant equipment.
*Maintain documentation for maintenance equipment and systems. Such as completing PM records, documenting daily work activities and downtime tracking.
*Capable of troubleshooting and maintaining the following: Hydraulic systems, motor controls, electric motors, conveyor systems, ASRS cranes, low voltage control systems such as PLC hardware, sensors, IO modules.
*Foam manufacturing, Robot and PLC experience is a plus.
*Strong problem-solving skills such as 8-D and 5 Whys, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and provide assistance to departments requiring maintenance needs or assistance, such as fabricating guards, hand tools, some furniture assembly, hanging operator fans while complying with Quality, Environmental, and Material Management System requirements.
*Assists with the training and development of new Maintenance Technicians while maintaining a positive attitude towards safety, works safely, follows all company policies, and reports all unsafe and unhealthy conditions.
