Working Conditions:

Key Accountabilities/Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Performs routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions such as lubrication of shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of the machinery.
All work will utilize an electronic CMMS system using a mobile device to document work performed
Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains mechanical and electrical equipment such as: motors, pneumatics, electronic boards, PLC's, touch screens, displays, contactors, conveyors, blending, scaling, filling, cartoning coding/printing, electrical, compressed air, vacuum hydraulic and bulk-filling systems using appropriate tools, precision measuring instruments, or electrical or electronic testing devices.
Electricity systems related to production and plant support equipment ranging from single phase to three phase equipment along with voltages ranging from 5VDC - 480 VAC
Electrical wiring, relay logic, control and safety circuits
Uses checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
Teardown and rebuilds gearboxes, clutches, actuators, and other assembles related to equipment repairs
Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts
Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary
Proficient in using all hand tools, power tools, shop equipment such as: drill press, surface grinders, torch, plasma cutter, pipe threader, breaks, presses, calipers, micrometers, other measuring instruments, and test equipment
Fabricates parts, guarding, and parts modifications for equipment repairs and improvements
Welds different grades of metal for repairs and fabrication using different plant welding techniques (i.e. MIG, TIG, and Arc)
Troubleshoots HVAC systems as needed
Follows all company policies including but not limited to general manufacturing and safety practices
This position has responsibility for Food Safety and Quality within their influence. The associate in this job has the responsibility to report, in a timely manner, Food Safety and Quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action on those problems
Train junior or new technicians on equipment, procedures and troubleshooting practices
Trains operators or other support staff in best practices, operation, and setup of equipment.
Completes Preventative maintenance, product changeovers, corrective and breakdown maintenance as requested.

Kelly is hiring a Lab Technician for one of our clients in Minneapolis, MN
, start time is flexible and can range between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
This is potentially temp to perm, though there is no timeline for conversion at this point.
Pay $19/hr
Job Description
Cleans, maintains and calibrates standard equipment and maintains a clean and safe working environment.
Completes appropriate forms and documentation regarding tasks and requests; receives direction from other technicians or chemists on specialized or complex issues.
Performs basic calculations to prepare, perform, and conclude samples.
Performs basic technical tests and analyses based on formulas and project requirements; tasks are more standard and require limited judgment within established guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Prepares basic samples, materials, equipment, and other required tools for laboratory tests or development.
Performs coating spray application.
Skills:
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment (without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment work visa and/or permanent residence status).

Our Maintenance Teams have a tremendous amount of contact with our members and guests. We are looking for energetic people to join our growing team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you must possess great customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, dependability and have a positive attitude even during the busiest of times. And, while the entire club team plays a role in the cleanliness of our club, it's our Maintenance Team who takes the lead on executing all things related to building maintenance. We are looking for candidates who are proficient at multitasking and work well in a high energy atmosphere.
Expectations and Duties:
Oversee 4-6 clubs.
Provide support for projects as needed.
Provide onsite management for vendors as needed.
Support in large equipment repairs when two technicians are needed.
Provide coverage as needed when there are vacancies or PTOs.
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on all building systems.
Expert in all functions and systems of the fitness facility.
Manages and closes FMX tickets.
Manages maintaining a clean and organized inventory.
Completes trouble shooting and basic repairs not requiring trade licenses such as:
Plumbing fixtures
Light fixtures
Bulb replacement
Sheet rock
Painting touch ups
Wall finishes
Flooring
Trim
Door handles
Millwork
Pool mechanics
All other basic fixtures
HVAC units, sensors, and t-stats
AV systems/TVs
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
3-5 years basic trade experience
3-5 years building maintenance experience (all systems)
3 years fitness facility maintenance experience preferred.
Must successfully pass background check.
CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must have reliable transportation to and from multiple job locations.
