Responsible for refurbishing laundry equipment under the guidance of the Rebuild Shop Manager.
Perform root cause analysis for any abnormal conditions and equipment operations.
Manage time and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and budget.
Program PLCs.
Communicate with operations and leadership.
Maintain and secure work tools.
Clean and maintain work area.
Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
Order tools and machinery inventory parts.
Other duties as assigned.
Assist with installation of refurbished equipment in the field (will require overnight travel)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
Advanced skills (Journeyman level) required in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electricity, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, plumbing, carpentry, piping systems, and PLC programming.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.

The Cultivation Technician ( CT ), provides daily care and focused attention to plants in spaces throughout the garden in addition to assisting department management with the performance and execution of specialized processes and procedures. Basic Cultivation Duties:
Implementing daily feeding & care schedules as directed by the Cultivation Manager (CM), paying attention to any update or changes to the schedules.
Maintaining consistency and urgency when pruning crops at various stages\
Maintaining consistency, uniformity and accuracy when repotting crops at various stages
Routine visual inspection of plants to identify any pests/deficiencies and reporting findings to the CM
Administrative Duties:
Maintains accurate records of Nutrient Mixes, equipment cleaning and calibration and any other crop related logs assigned by the CM.
Promptly reports any movement of plants and/or plant I.D.'s to the Inventory department to ensure proper and accurate data logging and to maintain the accuracy of the inventory by location.
Facility and Equipment Maintenance Duties:
Ensure that proper calibration, operation, cleaning and storage of p.H./E.c./PPM meters are maintained.
Ensure the proper usage, maintenance and storage of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to: shop vacuums, pumps, hoses, carts, Fiskars, scissors, loppers, stools, gloves, rags, and goggles.
Clean and sanitize containers and vessels to ensure that they are sufficiently prepared for repotting
Complete daily and periodic cleaning tasks as assigned. Daily cleaning consists of: sweeping and spot mopping all areas on the cultivation floor, sanitizing surfaces and equipment, reorganizing stock and inventory.
Properly dispose of any and all waste at the end of each day

Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

What you will need:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is labor intensive. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs on a rare basis. This position requires 90% of frequent climbing, balancing, stooping/crouching, overhead reaching, bending, squatting and prolonged standing and sitting. It requires occasional pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crawling. The position also involves great hand and eye coordination. Heights exceeding over 50 feet from time to time are normal to incur on a daily basis to maintain a crane. Employee will be required to travel from time to time (20 50%) and must be willing to work various shifts to accommodate needs of HCSG branches and customers. This includes on-call and overtime. Travel out of town may be required at the discretion of the company.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is normally performed inside or outside (pending customer requirements) with varying degrees of extreme hot and cold temperatures depending on the weather. During summer months, temperatures can exceed 120 degrees. This position will be frequently exposed to noise, heights, fumes, dust, and odors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
