You will investigate and resolve technical issues primarily serving the OEM customer, Service Centers, and other BGA customers by driving satisfaction and effortless experience.
In addition, you will provide electrical and/or mechanical technical support remotely on-site at OEM customer location as a member of our Aerospace Technical Support global network. This could be in the form of telephone, email, onsite visits, and HUB support as needed. You will also develop customer relationships to fully understand and support their technical support needs. You will drive organizational knowledge by capturing and sharing knowledge gained during the issue resolution process. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Single point of contact/customer focal in providing technical support onsite at OEM customer facility, OEM Tech support team and Service Centers for all Honeywell avionics/electrical and/or mechanical product and system technical issues
Support Pilatus initial aircraft delivery to operator and will provide comprehensive new airplane customer introductions that will accelerates the operator familiarity with Honeywell products/system leading to an increase of dispatch reliability for our customers
Knowledgeable on all Honeywell Electrical/Avionics product/systems installed on the various platforms including working knowledge of aircraft components and systems as required by the assignment
Specific platform working experience on Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircrafts
Provide remote avionics troubleshooting - Resolve complex technical issues regarding installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, operation, modification, and certification of Honeywell Avionics equipment, such as EGPWS, Flight Management Systems, Autopilot, Displays, Integrated Avionics Systems (Primus EPIC, Primus APEX), Radios, TCAS, Radar, SATCOM, etc
Provide direct troubleshooting assistance to the assigned OEM customer, Service Center personnel who maintain the PC-12 and Pc-24 fleet and other BGA and/or Airline Customers and responding real-time to customer technical inquiries via phone/email and on-site presence, as necessary
Substantial BGA and/or Air Transport and Regional (ATR) experience, and knowledge

Route and escalate of technical and business issues within the support organization

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining equipment in a state of readiness. Preforms the appropriate production equipment inspections and preventative maintenance. Prepares all required daily/weekly department operating reports. This position will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a wide variety of fixed mechanical equipment, systems and machinery.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on plan equipment by following the manufacture's recommended service intervals and company procedures. Maintains an inventory of regularly required replacement parts.
Inspects condition and operation of plant equipment and performs necessary repairs and adjustments. Reports required repairs or other findings to Supervisor.
Performs required emergency repairs on production equipment required to address plant breakdowns.
Adheres to all safety, environmental and company policies and procedures in completing daily tasks, and completes all required paperwork in a timely fashion.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education: High School diploma/equivalent required
Experience: 2+ years' experience in mechanical repair, installation, and construction in heavy industry
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have a working knowledge of basic mechanical aptitude, general plant maintenance experience - change screens, welding, cutting torch, wrenching (hand tools)
Operating a skid-steer, man-lift a plus.
Stick welding, arc welding, and lite fabrication a plus
Must have basic computer skills

Performs routine maintenance support of production equipment and machine building. Trouble shoots and repairs equipment electrical and/or mechanical malfunctions. This role will mostly be working on the warehouse floor with our machines to keep them running, clean, and in good working order. Tersus operates out of three warehouses around the Denver Area. Two are in Englewood (Dartmouth and Santa Fe) and one in north Denver (I-25 and 58th). We also have partners around the United States that will be using our machines that require service once a quarter. You will need to be able to fly out to complete maintenance checks and ensure that the machines are running optimally.
What you will be doing:
Maintaining equipment the company uses, including but not limited to:
Our high pressure CO2 cleaning equipment
Industrial water washers and industrial dryers
Chillers, boilers, hot water heaters and air compressors
Down extraction equipment (large shredder, separation equipment, dust collectors)
Forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Helping with installing and modifying warehouse racking as needed

Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements:

Set up the test article and install instrumentation.

Responsibilities:
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
Generate sales leads during service calls
Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.
New crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Travel may be required in the greater Pueblo/Colorado Springs region. Work vehicle provided.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
Willingness to work overtime
Possession of a valid driver's license with good driving record
Must pass drug-screen and background check
Strong communication skills
Proven commitment to safety
Comfort with working at heights
Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus
Crane maintenance experience a plus.
