Perform all service calls to the Avantik standards of training and protocol ensuring they are upholding company core values at all times. Essential functions Perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance according to Avantik service levels and the documented PM protocols. Maintain possession of proper parts inventory necessary for emergency repairs and PM tasks. Evaluate client labs for additional service opportunities. Compile necessary service reports for repairs and PM date stickers for all instruments service. Coordinate schedule with client and maintain communication regarding estimated time of arrival. Record service reports and send to Service Coordinator electronically at the time of service while onsite at the customers location. Follow up with Service Coordinator to ensure service documentation is up to date and complete. Restock inventory as parts become available. Take physical inventory of warehouse as requested. Review service schedule for upcoming week and plan accordingly. Attend scheduled FSE meetings as required. Coordinate all quotes with the office staff. Generate equipment sales/service/repair leads Generate sales leads by watching for potential consumable solutions, by attentively observing client needs while on-site. Follow up on any pending contract renewals and PM jobs that have not yet been closed. Report service issues and/or customer feedback to your manager. Maintain an organized service vehicle ensuring successful site visits for upcoming week.
