Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision, performs diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Communicates with customer to answer questions, resolves problems, and ensures complete customer satisfaction. Promotes products and services to customer. Works under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Works under minimal supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls
Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner
Diagnoses and performs services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories in an accurate and timely manner
Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics on equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks
Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required
Responsible for delivery and removal of parts and equipment needed to complete service work
Using hand-held device records all required information on customer call. Completes all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete, and accurate manner. Collects payment from customer.
Communicates with dispatch, while on duty, to ensure dispatcher has an accurate status report of activities and availability
Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Promotes products and services to the customer. Calls Sales and Service Coordinator with specifics on replacement product sales leads generated from customer service visit.
Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted for
Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities
Follows standard procedures and process, ensures that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective warranty parts to the branch, and orders/replenishes vehicle stock as needed
Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with additional training and 2 to 5 years' experience in HVAC with technical training certification required
Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area
EPA and safety certifications required
Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as well as related accessories
Proficient mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment
Proficient and able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various service projects
Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting problems with electrical, refrigerant and duct systems on HVAC equipment
Proficient and able to properly start up and balance airflow and to properly align belts and pulleys on all systems with little to no supervision
Proficient and able to install a basic duct fitting
Proficient at troubleshooting and repairing electronic air cleaners, refrigeration systems, hot water systems, steam boiler systems, humidifiers, and related equipment with little to no supervision
Effective communication skills to communicate with customer and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns
Effective and efficient time-management and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed

Job Overview:
The Field Service Technician for Ingersoll Rand's Compression Systems and Services Division serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all makes of rotary screw and reciprocating and/or Centac and ECC air compressors, along with additional compressed air system components. You will use precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting of compressed air equipment. In addition, you need to have knowledge of all operations and parts manuals associated with all equipment.
Responsibilities:
In addition to performing preventative maintenance on Ingersoll Rand compressed air equipment, our service techs will interact with customers to address existing and unanticipated equipment concerns. Collaborate with Service Coordinator on ordering and gathering parts and supplies necessary to complete installations and repairs. All service technicians will assist and train apprentices and Field Service Technicians.
•Effectively communicates verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
•Provides technical assistance on equipment pre-commissioning and start-ups, installations, and repairs of compressed air systems. Including “hands-on” work to assure equipment operates to customer's requirement with limited guidance from the Master Technician.
•Increases Ingersoll Rand customers awareness of how Ingersoll Rand products, services, and solutions, such as Preventative Maintenance, Diagnostics, Audits and Leak Detection can benefit their operations.
Requirements:
•2 years+ experience of troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
•Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI in the previous 5 years, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
•Every service technician is required to be on-call, but you will not be on-call for the first 90 days to get used to the schedule. This is shared with every service tech, and it requires being available 24/7 for the 1-week duration where you will go to customer sites. On-call weeks can be as often as every 4 weeks or greater than 4 weeks, but that will be determined by the hiring manager.
•This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move weight limits in line with the safety policy.
•High School Diploma or equivalent required.

•Able to read wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment.
•Advanced network systems installations (IMMC/ASC, X Series Automation).
•Basic vibration troubleshooting.

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Trailer Service Tech to join our team. If you have a strong mechanical background and are passionate about ensuring the safe operation of heavy-duty trucks, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Tire Replacement & Maintenance: Change and replace tires on 18-wheeler trucks, ensuring proper installation and safety standards are met.
Brake System Maintenance: Replace worn or damaged brake pads to ensure safe and efficient braking systems.
Lighting System Repair: Inspect and replace faulty lights, making sure all lighting systems are functioning properly for safety.
Trailer Component Inspections: Perform routine maintenance checks on trailer components, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities completed.
Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure that all work complies with industry regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and overall smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience performing basic maintenance tasks on 18-wheeler trucks, including tire changes, brake pad replacements, and light repairs.
Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
Physical stamina and strength to lift and handle heavy components and tools.

Broiler Service Technician
Responsible for monitoring bird mortality, feed conversion, sizing, and scheduling. Works with contract growers by
monitoring house conditions and providing recommendations on issues that can improve bird performance and reduce
cost for the company and grower.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as a liaison between company and growers.
Monitors husbandry practices by growers and makes recommendations to growers.
Tracks, records, and analyzes bird mortality rates.
Maintains feed tank inventories and orders feed when necessary.
May schedule and train other employees.
EDUCATION:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a poultry science or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires greater than 2 up to 5 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience.
Experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: Current driver's license and good driving record.
