RESPONSIBILITIES PROCESS MANAGEMENT Create mapping system for teams to stay in the loop on active onboarding Create documents on step-by-step instructions of what AE and Recruiter are still responsible for and how to utilize you Create email templates for all clients Answers for frequently asked questions for all candidates for anything relating to their onboarding. Assist with client audits JOBSCIENCE PLACEMENTS, EMPLOYEE FILES + TIMECARDS Assist recruiters and account executives to create and manage placements after offer acceptance. Responsibilities * Maintains, monitors and tracks all new and refurbished equipment, evaluates and repairs equipment as necessary by performing the following main duties: * Verifies store equipment is prepared and ready to be shipped out daily based on SLAs. * Images and Stages POS equipment according to documented processes and business requirements * Monitors electronic movement of IT hardware inventory using Peoplesoft as well as the physical movement of equipment throughout the DC. * Performs all warranty services, testing and repairs for store hardware including but not limited to tablets, mobile handheld devices, printers, receipt printers, scanners, POS, Computers, etc. * Researches and investigates inventory inaccuracies and unreturned hardware equipment in order to keep control of all hardware assets. Requirements * 1-2 years' experience with applied PC repair experience in Help Desk or Service Center focusing mainly on IT hardware testing and/or IT inventory control * Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Spread Sheet. * Must be an effective communicator with internal and external individuals at all levels. This includes spoken, written, electronic, and presentation skills. Communication should be consistently constructive and professional. * Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Able to analyze results at a micro and macro level and present findings.
