Leads the role in triaging production support tickets. Learns the Applications to the depth required to be able to properly support them. Provides reports on IT systems performance and logging to management. Assures compliance requirements are met for the Insurance area. Although we keep 8-5 office hours, this role will be required to work before/after hours and weekends as required to meet deadlines.
