JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager to lead our Family Literacy Program. This program is designed to empower families through literacy and education, fostering stronger community ties and engagement. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing program operations, managing staff, and ensuring successful outcomes for participants. The role includes direct supervision of one ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) teacher, one part-time PACT (Parent and Child Together Time) teacher, and two counselors. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Family Literacy Program, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
Directly supervise and support the ESOL and PACT teachers and PACT counselors, ensuring effective and collaborative program delivery.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement curriculum enhancements for both ESOL and PACT programs to meet the evolving needs of families.

Qualifications
STATEMENT OF SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably within a non-profit or community-based organization.
Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required for this position.
Experience in literacy education, ESOL, or similar educational programming is highly desirable.
