The Project Manager for Brazos Thermal Systems. Inc. is responsible for supervising and managing specific job projects at off-site locations. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects effectively and efficiently. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports directly to and is fully accountable to the Vice President of Operations/Division Manager. The Vice President of Operations/Division Manager will appoint the Project Manager for each project.

All subcontractors assigned to the job.
All operators and crew of rental equipment at the site.
REQUIREMENTS
Education requirement of a High School diploma or a GED, prefer. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Osha 30 certification.
Prefer five to seven (5-7) years of experience as a journeyman of which two (2) years must have been working in commercial/industrial construction.
Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
General knowledge and skills in the construction trade and working in commercial/industrial roofing.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. The ability to supervise and manage a crew of journeymen and apprentices working at a customer location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assures that all field orders/changes are written properly and are signed by the owner (even when there is no cost change).
Conduct regular project status meetings and reports to update stakeholders on project progress. Ensure Daily and Weekly safety meetings are held with all the crew members and sub-contractors.
Coordinate and communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor and manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Keep the Vice President of Operations informed of any problem that may impact the schedule completion, labor cost, or overall cost of the project.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinates the material delivery and subcontractor schedules in a manner so as not to have an impact on the overall project completion schedule.
Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and knowledge transfer. Evaluate project outcomes and success criteria, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Performs any other duty or task as may be assigned from time to time by the Vice President of Operations.

Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a contents restoration job (insurance claim) from start to finish. They schedule and manage field service work, track contents, oversee the billing and collection process, and communicate with estimators, adjusters and customers (policy holders) on a regular basis.

Work with the estimator to develop accurate and timely estimates
Prepare and submit invoices to insurance carriers
