MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associate's degree in engineering, Business, or Management area of study or 3 years' job experience in a related industry (i.e., fabrication). PMI Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, RMP, or SP would be an asset/helpful. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes including Laser/Plasma/Waterjet cutting, Forming, Rolling, Assembly, Welding (automated & manual) & Machining. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. 5 years' experience with AutoCAD, Inventor or SolidWorks strongly preferred. 5+ years' Project Management experience in Fabrication, Manufacturing, Automation, Construction, Mining, Aerospace, Industrial, Defense, Power, or Oil & Gas preferred but not necessary.
