    . The SKSG Deployment & Tower Upgrade Project Manager will lead SKSG Deployment and Tower Upgrade team, including business development, strategy, financial, proposal, and project activities. They will be responsible for managing personnel and projects to obtain business and financial objectives. The Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The measurements are accuracy in reporting sales, capture/opportunities, profitability, forecasting, and tower deployment and upgrade performance. The ideal candidate will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions and accurately track the status of all Deployment & Tower Upgrade projects. The Deployment & Tower Upgrade Project Manager will be accountable to closely comply with corporate, project, safety, production, and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include leading forecasting, strategy, proposals, reporting, and business reviews. Business Management Provide direction to manage the SKSG Deployment and Tower Upgrade business through the execution of activities throughout the lifecycle of the product. The management of this spans from presales to post-sales support based on the proposed strategy to minimize risk and optimize financial performance. Increase proposal activities for SKSG by developing relationships with future customers and maintain relationships with existing and past customers and increase the backlog of the SKSG Deployment and Tower Upgrade unit. Develop and report weekly financial forecasts for revenue, cost, production, and support related to profit and loss. Establish baseline financial performance and set goals for achieving revenue projections and business growth. Deployment and Tower Upgrade Management Create and review project bids/quotes/proposals to determine budget and funding limitations, procedures, and time frame for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available manpower resources throughout various phases of the project. Establish work plans and staffing approach for each phase of the project, gather necessary resources for successful completion - through schedule management, allocation of current resources, recruitment of personnel and subcontractors, and procure materials, equipment, and rentals. Manage and promote safety practices throughout work activities enabling opportunities for continuous improvement of safety practices in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget Prepares and maintains job costs and other project reports on a weekly basis for management, clients, and others Negotiates subcontracts and the scope of work with suppliers and subcontractors Negotiates, executes, and intitiates all change orders Ensures compliance with all company policies and OSHA/DOT requirements at every phase of the project Monitors project closeout and obtains letter of acceptance Teamwork Develop interaction with other company personnel, contractors and customer representatives in a collaborative environment to meet organizational and project deadlines, outcomes, metrics, and mission objectives Participate as a vital manager and contribute towards the success of each project and the organization Promote the overall company vision of a team approach and maintain open communications/dialogue with all employees, contractors and the customer to exchange information and gather ideas for continuous improvement and best practices Review for accuracy and approve completed daily reports and timecards of subordinates Reporting Develop and report weekly on forecasts, proposals, business snapshots, and financial performance Perform timecard updates daily and sign timecards weekly to support reporting and payroll activities Perform job-related reporting requirements per contract and corporate policies and practices Driving Operate a company vehicle in accordance with local laws/regulations Operate the vehicle in a safe and courteous manner Keep assigned vehicle clean and orderly Report maintenance requirements and/or damage in a timely manner Education A four-year degree from an accredited college or university (required) Experience 10 years of Project Management & Estimating 5 years of Construction/Business Management Licenses/ Certification/ Registration Current DL with clean driving record Ability to obtain a CBP Background Investigation Current OSHA-10 & 30, EM385 certifications preferred Project Management Certificate Special knowledge, skills, & abilities Knowledge of leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
