This position serves as Project Manager for key accounts and may assist junior Project Managers as needed. The main purpose of this job is to use expertise understanding of corrugated manufacturing to meet extremely tight deadlines to meet client expectations. Likewise, this position works extremely closely with clients to understand and meet their needs. As a key facilitator within the supply chain for packaging artwork issues, the employee will communicate with design firms, printers, on-site personnel/sales and clients to ensure proper printability for packaging. As a key figure within the process, you will help maintain and improve SGS & Co's relationship with the Client. The employee's primary concern will be to coordinate packaging production via job instructions and schedules to complete jobs. Within SGS & Co, the employee will effectively communicate specifications for each piece of packaging artwork on brands by utilizing our order entry system as well as being a resource for production departments when issues or questions arise. The Project Manager is the primary resource to on-site personnel as well as the Sales Department, and the key point of contact to the Production Department at SGS & Co. The employee must be able to adapt and create a plan when colleagues are absent. This is a hybrid position, meaning the employee will spend part of the week working on site and part from at home.
