PSI seeks a Senior SBCC Advisor to lead PSI's work under the USAID Sustaining Epidemic Control through Unified Prevention (SECURE) Activity, a five-year initiative focused on providing person-centered, evidence-based HIV prevention, testing, and treatment services across Lesotho. The project aims to address and close critical HIV prevention and treatment gaps, working in collaboration with the Government of Lesotho and leveraging past successes to advance a sustainable, equitable response to the epidemic. This person will oversee the scale-up of SBCC services across the SECURE consortium. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for leading successful implementation of SBCC workstreams throughout the project lifecycle from start-up to close-out. Accountable for delivery of all aspects of SBCC activities and oversight and supervision of project staff. Lead departmental/functional strategy development and work planning and supervise the team responsible for implementation. Serve as a subject matter expert internally and represent the project externally with donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
