* Troubleshoot + resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime; if needed, coordinate required service and/or repair with the equipment manufacturer.
* Daily communication with ArkeaBio and Texas A&M Operations Manager + on-site farm staff to align on required tasks.
* Maintain detailed + organized records of system maintenance activities + calibration results, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Job Description
The CTS intern will be part of the Customer Technical Support team and will be heavily involved in defining and developing database tracking mechanisms for various test equipment and numerous SSD storage devices in use by our lab engineers.
