The Job: We are looking for an IT technologist to support the Gratz management team on all things IT. This would include everything from trouble shooting the company's internal wired and wireless network, setting up new PCs and Macs, ensuring all key company applications are working properly, that licenses are kept current and paid. The right candidate will also work to support our website, our Shopify platform, and key ERP applications we are in the process of setting up at Gratz. They will work alongside the Mobile Unit Lead CVT to assist with inventory, stocking, and cleaning the mobile unit. They will also be responsible for monitoring the recovery portion of the clinic day. This position works closely with veterinary students to assist them in successfully completing clinic tasks. Job Description Responsibilities include: + Assist with stocking, cleaning, and support patient care responsibilities on the mobile unit project under the Mobile Unit Lead CVT. + Direct involvement in anesthesia, monitoring, prep, recovery, and medication /vaccine management in a state of the art mobile clinic, as well as assist with maintenance of veterinary equipment on the unit. + Maintaining the recovery aspect of the clinic including set up, break down, and additional preparations and clean up for the clinic day. Above average foundational veterinary technical skills are required including anesthesia, surgical monitoring, prep, restraint, behavior, radiology, instrument management, and dentistry. Supports various laboratory departments by performing tasks, determined by specific site locations; such as order entry, specimen collections/processing, equipment reagent preparation/checks, specimen transport distribution, supply inventory, waived testing under supervision. Ensure all blood components are in the correct location prior to putting in final disposition. File report according to regulatory requirements. Dispose of blood components appropriately. Applies charges as appropriate to patient accounts. Ex: special testing charges, split unit charges Reviews and approves blood supplier invoices, resolves any discrepancies and applies charges to patient accounts as appropriate. Apply credits to patient account as appropriate. Ex: irradiation credits, test credits and tracks wasted units. Reviews and resolves non-credit reports. Student employees will support the Theater & Dance department's productions, specifically in the areas of technical production, as required by a specific production's needs. Work is done in the Kaleidoscope's scene shop, Lenfest Theater, and Blackbox Studio Theater, under the direct supervision of the Theater & Dance department's Technical Director & Production Manager. Schedule may vary weekly. Shop hours are typically scheduled in the mornings and afternoons during the week. Some evening and weekend hours will likely be required during a production's load in period and tech weekend. Typical work week may average between 12 and 20 hours. Responsibilities: Assist in the fabrication, painting, install, maintenance, and strike of Scenic Production elements. Learn and practice a variety of skills (depending on the needs of the production) including scenic carpentry, props construction, metalworking, scenic painting, costume maintenance, and theatrical rigging. Train on the theaters fly-system and operation along with other specified theatrical equipment. Help with the set-up of both theater spaces for rehearsal and technical rehearsals. Assist in scheduled maintenance and organization of shop and theater gear and equipment.
