Responsible for the safe off-loading of Major Components Assemblies (MCA) from sea and road transport jigs onto Final Assembly Line (FAL) transportation trolleys and the delivery of MCAs to the Final Assembly Line stations in accordance with the planning schedule. Safe operations of Overhead Cranes with lifting capacities ranging from 6.5 tons to 50 tons, all with multiple lifting configurations.

● Overhead crane operations in the Transhipment hangar, A320 Final Assembly Line, Final Phase hangars, and A220 FAL to receive and deliver the major aircraft components utilizing a variety of overhead crane configurations and lifting devices.
● Operating heavy aircraft tow tugs for the movement of aircraft into and out of various hangars in support of pre-Final Operational Testing
● Ensuring aircraft system readiness and proper configuration of aircraft towing operations, cargo loading, aircraft mooring, electrical power connections, ventilation for air supply, and cabin access all in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM). MAA AOA training
● Coordinating logistical support for cannibalization, reallocation, out of sequence requests of aircraft materials, and the return of sea transport jigs.
● Operation of heavy equipment to load/ unload shipping containers of MCAs using 30 k forklift.
● Operation of heavy equipment to support unloading of MCAs from sea jigs at heights of 20-30 feet using articulating man lift or scissor lifts.
● Fueling activities for ground support equipment (GSE). Using portable fuel tanks.
● Adherence to various policies regarding accurate recording of completed work and work-in-progress by using daily job cards to record activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
TRAINING
Complete all Grace Hill courses by the required deadlines. Commissions and bonuses will not be paid for anyone with past due Grace Hill courses.
GENERAL
Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.
Inspects vacated apartments and completes checklists in regard to make-ready. Informs senior maintenance technician and manager of needed services and repairs.
Routinely performs the following duties in order to restore the apartment to "market ready" status:
Checks all lights and replaces as necessary.
Replaces or repairs windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets.
Checks applicable appliances and informs senior maintenance technician of problems.
Assists in changing or removing appliances from apartments.
Makes keys when necessary.
Checks faucets sink plugs and repairs/replaces as necessary. Replaces washers when needed. Performs exterior repairs to sinks, bathtubs, etc., when warranted.
Assists with painting duties when requested. Transfers paint from storage areas to apartment units when painting is scheduled.
Repairs or replaces curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, etc.
Repairs plaster holes in walls, paints as necessary.
Inspects bathroom tiles, performs minor repairs/replacements.
Changes A/C filters
Operates carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets.
Lends assistance during trash-out of an apartment; e.g., moving heavy/bulky items to the dumpster.
Replaces vacancy lock (if applicable) on day lock is changed for new resident for move-in. Also
changes out P.O. box lock when requested (if applicable).
Makes new keys when requested.
Assists in keeping grounds clean at all times.
Assists maintenance when requested.
Delivers notices to all apartments.
Reports supply needs to manager and/or senior maintenance technician.
Performs other tasks as assigned by manager or senior maintenance technician.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
Work Hours:
40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekly schedule may change as
required. May be necessary to work weekends; on-call on a rotating basis and for emergencies.
Equipment Requirement:
Required to wear a back-support belt and gloves as tasks dictate. Wear appropriate shoes (no flat bottom
sneakers.)

An employee in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning
fluids and tools, including mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaning equipment, buffer, step ladder, full

Examples of Duties
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Repairs, reconditions, and performs preventative maintenance and service work and inspections on automotive, light/medium /heavy truck, Fire apparatus, and industrial/construction equipment.
Maintains and repairs varied equipment systems to include, but not limited to; drive train, suspension, hydraulic, electrical, water pump, heat/air conditioning, cooling, and brakes.
Makes service calls and emergency repairs in the field as required.
Maintains records and reports, requests parts and materials, and requisitions tools and equipment as required for the efficient performance of assigned repair work.
Ability to identify replacement parts using manuals and other reference materials, requests parts and materials, and requisitions tools and equipment as required for the efficient performance of assigned repair work.
Ability to operate a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone as a reference tool, as a diagnostic tool, and as a tracking tool for work orders, parts, and labor entry.
Ability to work regularly scheduled hours and respond to emergency situations if required.
Minimum Qualifications
FLEET TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT

Minimum of two (2) years of documented work experience in automotive and/or medium heavy truck or equipment repair service work.
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid State of Florida Commercial Driver's License Class "A" within the probationary period.

Applicants who possess a valid out of state driver's license must obtain the Florida Driver's License within ten (10) days of employment.
Must possess and maintain any combination of at least four (4) ASE certifications in either the Automotive "A" series or the Medium/Heavy Truck "T" series or the ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire.

FLEET TECHNICIAN II
High school diploma or GED. (Proof must be uploaded with application).
Minimum of six (6) years of documented work experience in automotive and/or light/medium/heavy truck or equipment repair service work.
Must possess own tools as per LIU union contract.

Job Summary:
Imaging Technical Assistant (ITA) greets patients and escorts the patient through procedures to prevent entry into unauthorized or restricted areas of facility to protect the patient.
Explain proper preparation to patient prior to procedure and verify appropriate patient RX or verbal order (VO) pertinent to examinations ordered.
Verify patient demographics in accordance with RRC's HIPAA/PHI policy using two identifiers to confirm patient name, address, DOB, phone numbers, and referring physicians' first and last name and physicians' address.
Ensure patient's history is completed with accurate information per history sheet for exam scheduled.
Operate and understand all computer systems, including PACS, RIS, MDM and SPARK (Instant Messaging).
Provide personal, patient, patient family, visitors and assisting staff protection in accordance with MRI equipment safety standards and policies, procedures, protocols.
Complete Radiology Regional IV training program and obtain required IV certification per the standards of RRC.
Prepare IV solution sets and contrast agents for administration and assist technologists, radiologists, physicians during administration.
Prepare and position patient for imaging procedures, ensure patient modesty, confidentiality, and privacy.
Have an understanding and ability to navigate through the RRC Informer, accessing technical protocols, commonly used forms, required annual training and radiologists' schedules.
Assist with laundry of patient gowns, sheets, and other linens.
