Summary/objective
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Training & Support Specialist. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to our customers and internal teams on our products and services while supporting day-to-day technical operations of the department, by leading and performing telephone and e-mail technical support and troubleshooting for Avantik products for the Field Service team and delivering exceptional technical support to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Essential Functions
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials (e.g., presentations, manuals, videos, online courses) for internal and external audiences.
Facilitate live training sessions (in-person and virtual) on product functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Customize Training programs based on user groups and skill levels.
Regularly update training materials to reflect product updates and industry changes.
Provide Level 1 & 2 Support by responding to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
Perform transactions within Dynamics 365
Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Accurately document support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and troubleshooting procedures.
Act as a customer advocate, providing product feedback to development and engineering teams.
Contribute to support knowledge base, creating and updating documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:
Technical skills:
Proficiency in using support ticketing systems (e.g. 365 Dynamics Service Management).
Experience with remote support tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Field Service is a plus.
Technical skills that include testing, repairing and maintaining medical equipment.
Proficient in the use of tools and test equipment.

**Associate Technologist - Taste, Global Sugar Reduction** **Place of work:** Onsite, Princeton, NJ Are you experience in the Food and Beverage or Ingredients Industry, and eager to learn, grow and contribute to a global, diverse and fast paced team? Our Taste, Texture, and Health division is seeking an Associate Technologist and contribute to our sugar reduction portfolio and application initiatives. You will support senior technologists in various stages of product development, project coordination, and day-to-day activities, playing a key role in advancing our sugar reduction solutions.
In this role, you will assist in the preparation, testing, and optimization of sugar reduction solutions in food and beverage applications, including data collection and product evaluation. You will coordinate project logistics, manage sample shipments, track project progress, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates and results and support the organization and upkeep of the lab environment.

+ Assist in the preparation, testing, and optimization of sugar reduction solutions in food & beverage applications, including data collection and product evaluation.

**You bring**
+ Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate, full-time availability is required.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
+ Experience with laboratory procedures, formulation, and product development processes. Food & Beverage and/or Ingredients industry experience is a plus.
+ Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
+ Eagerness to learn, grow and contribute in a global, diverse and fast paced team
+ Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field.

Job responsibilities
Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm
Supports the day-to-day maintenance of the firm's systems to ensure operational stability and availability
Assist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
Identify issues for escalation and communication, and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders
Analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
Experience with an IBM zSeries Mainframe environment.
Knowledge of z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF
Proficient usage and knowledge of COBOL/Natural
Proficient usage and knowledge of DB2/Adabas and VSAM and utilities
Knowledge of CONTROLM/CA7/ZEKE scheduling tools
Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
Working knowledge of JCL and batch job execution in a mainframe environment including use of Procedures.
Experience with MQSeries communications and SyncSort.
Experience with NDM/sFTP transmission protocols and MainView components such as CICS,MQ,OS & DB2
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Knowledge of relevant businesses such as securities, fund accounting, clearance, securities lending, cash management and alternative investments (e.g. derivatives and hedge funds) or the organisations that use these services
Previous exposure to application support
Unix/Linux/Windows Distributed Application Support
AWS cloud experience
Experience managing projects and migrations
