What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Tech Specialist II within our North American Fuel division. In the role, the Tech Specialist will be responsible for assisting with all technical aspects of customer and third party interfaces to ensure customer satisfaction and effective use of products and services. This may include internal and external service and sales support.
The primary function of this role is to quickly address technical questions, real-time integration issues and escalations raised by our customers. The specialist may also develop and modify custom reports to meet the customer's requirements. Role Responsibilities

Primary:
Ability to fulfill all responsibilities of the Patient Care Specialist position as detailed in the specific Patient Care Specialist job description.

Knowledgeable with Microsoft suite of software required.

Technical Assistant Job In Franklin, TN
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology and Operations Specialist with expertise in teaching financial advisors how to operate their business using core technology solutions. This role will serve within one of our Network Partner offices and ideally bring experience working within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment. This person will be responsible for clearly communicating and educating on technological connectivity and supporting Financial Advisors and their teams across 7 office locations. This person will work to optimize operational workflows powered by Dynasty technology to enhance efficiency and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with custodians, performance reporting, financial planning and CRM technologies and will understand how these systems integrate within a proprietary tech stack. Specific experience with Fidelity, Black Diamond and Salesforce are preferred.
Requirements
Training & Client Support
Excellent client service as a central point of contact for the network partner on questions and support related to Dynasty operations and technology stack (Account enrollment, TAMP, Financial Planning, Custodial, and Performance Reporting programs)
Train advisors and their teams to optimize key workflows using technology
Work closely with advisors, operations teams, and client service associates to ensure seamless communication
Stay abreast of new releases & features from various vendors and proprietary tech stack
Proactively communicate client feedback and project manage solutions with multiple internal groups within Dynasty
Proactively communicate process changes & enhancements to financial advisors and support staff across 7 offices
Verbal and written communication skills - You can translate and present complicated ideas in a simple, easy to understand yet inspirational/creative style
Operations
Understand how Investment TAMP (Turnkey Asset Management Platform) is integrated within the proprietary tech stack
Troubleshoot transfer-related issues and proactively address discrepancies in order to successfully onboard asset managers for reinvestment
Assist/train in the account lifecycle from account opening to termination within various systems and the Dynasty TAMP and applicable required paperwork
Assist in refining internal procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
CRM & Data Management
Being the internal expert and go-to resource on the Network Partner's CRM platform
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize CRM workflows and reporting
Performance Reporting
Leverage Black Diamond to monitor performance data and ensure proper integration with custodial platforms
Train employees on how to best utilize tools and capabilities within the reporting system
Build reports & templates for advisors to leverage within their day-to-day wealth management practice
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in financial operations or related fields
Experience training users on technology solutions
Strong proficiency with Fidelity Wealthscape, Black Diamond, Salesforce, Moneyguide Pro or similar tools
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be located in Nashville, TN and willing to travel to Network Partner branch offices
Proficiency with Microsoft office
Ability to translate business requirements into implementation work
Desire to learn and grow with the team and client firm
Ability to learn new skills and help onboard new technology
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within Wealth Management previously as a CSA or other operations-oriented staff
Background in RIA operations
Experience working with custodians is a plus
