QUALIFICATIONS Agency Development and Education Specialist Required Bachelor's degree with a focus on Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Training, or a related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in program development, instructional design, curriculum design, or educational leadership required, or equivalent experience may be considered. Knowledge of educational theories, methodologies, and best practices.
