The Teacher's Assistant provides academic support and behavior management in a highly structured therapeutic day school. In a small class setting, the Teacher's Assistant will support the teacher in addressing the academic and emotional/behavioral needs of the students as set forth in their Individual Education Plan (IEP). The Teacher's Assistant demonstrates an understanding and commitment to the mission of the organization and its goals and adhere to the policies and regulations of the agency.
