Key Responsibilities:
Spiritual Leadership:
Integrate biblical principles and Christian values into daily lessons and activities.

Adjust instructional methods based on assessment data to support student growth.
Collaboration and Professional Development:
Work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning and school initiatives.
Communicate regularly and in a positive manner with parents.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and Christian education principles.
Take part in school events outside of school hours, such as Back to School Night, Open House, and others as indicated on the school calendar.
Perform additional support duties, including lunch supervision, pick-up & drop-off door duty, detention monitor, etc. as requested.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related field.
Valid Missouri teaching certification.
Written statement of faith.
Previous experience teaching middle school or early adolescence education preferred.
Strong commitment to Christian education and the mission of CCA.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
