Job Summary
KBR is seeking a seasoned self-starter for direct support to the Counter-Unmanned Aireal Surveillance Directorate in PEO Missiles and Space; an Army O6 led organization focused on synchronizing multiple Acquisition Category (ACAT) I-III program efforts in delivering a Counter-Unmanned Aireal Surveillance Capability to the warfighter. The applicant will lead Integrated Product Teams, research topics, prepare white papers, review subordinate organization submissions, edit written materials, and staff products for SES/GO level review and approval, and recommend updates to acquisition documentation and plans required for milestones and programmatic actions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and synchronizing multiple ACAT I-III level efforts ensuring the successful integration of multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectives and delivering a Counter-Unmanned Aireal Surveillance Capability to the warfighter
Requires a deep understanding of program management principles, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination among various teams and stakeholders
Develop and implement integration plans to align multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders
Identify and document stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns in a stakeholder management matrix/plan
Provide input to program teams on programmatic integration-related matters
Identify, assess, and recommend mitigations or capture plans for integrated related risks/opportunities.
Facilitate communication and coordination amongst product teams, stakeholders, and external partners
Develop, measure, analyze, and improve processes and procedures related to Integrated Fires program integration
Document and present integration-related plans, status, outcomes in professional reports and presentation materials
Capture lessons learned and support knowledge management efforts across the Counter-Unmanned Aireal Surveillance program integration space
Basic Qualifications:
US Citizen with active Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (engineering, project management or business)
15+ years of acquisition experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently required.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in Data Interpretation, Data analysis and Data Management.
Experience in preparing PowerPoint slides and other visual graphics.
Possess excellent Presentation Skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a US Army Project or Product Office providing support throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Previous experience with US Army Logistics policies and procedures in support of equipment fielding and accountability.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
