Initiates marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections. Conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary projections. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources. Educates facilities, families, and the community at large on the hospice benefit. Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs. Support care team in field by gathering referral information, helping to obtain orders, following up on pending referrals. Ensure annual education is completed and documented. Accountable to goals set by agency leadership including development of unique referral sources, territory growth, achieving admission/census goals. Other duties as assigned.
