As an Regional Account Manager, you will use a consultative sales approach while providing a broad range of lubricant additives and fuel additives to independent lubricant manufacturers, private label blenders, toll blenders, aftermarket additive manufacturers, fuel jobbers, small refineries, fuel terminals, pipeline owners, and biofuel manufacturers located in Central and South Texas. Qualifications and Experience Required: B.S. in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of technical sales experience selling specialty chemicals, additives, lubricants, or chemical derivatives. Previous experience managing a multi-state territory or book of business. Strong competitive drive with consistent track record of high sales achievements and new business growth. Knowledge of rudimentary fuel or lubricant additive components such as viscosity index improvers, corrosion inhibitors, friction modifiers, detergents, dispersants, cetane improvers, biocides, lubricity improvers, etc. is highly preferred.
