Requirements and Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close. Skill Set: Strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software (Dell Tech, Ageria, or similar). Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with contractors, clients, and team members. Project or Engineering Background: Preferred experience in engineering or project-based industries.
