Other duties that will be performed are related to sales and use tax, business licenses, property tax, income tax, and customer onboarding with regards to taxability as well as reviewing sales tax exemption forms. This position will assist the Tax Department in resolving customers' sales tax concerns and questions to promote greater customer loyalty and improved customer service. Major/Key Accountabilities Analyzing sales tax data, preparing, and reviewing, sales and use tax returns in a multi-state environment Review sales tax exemption forms for customers to provide improved customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with state and local tax regulations Coordinate with the Credit and Collections Department to provide refunds to customers. This includes reviewing transactions and documentation, initiating internal refund requests, and tracking information for future reference.
