The Opportunity
In response to high demand from US funds invested in our UK and European client base, we launched Harmonic Finance Inc in Boston in 2021. To spearhead our ongoing expansion, our Co-founder, Fin Glanvill, relocated to Boston in March 2023.
As a key member of our US team, you'll become a market specialist working with innovative tech start-ups who are disrupting the space across Boston and the East Coast's. Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Metrics - Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial and skilled trades staffing or corporate recruiting.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, and industrial roles.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
