This role is all about elevating the quality of our infrastructure and equipment, working with the operations team to implement best-in-class maintenance standards. Leveraging your deep knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical systems, you'll develop and implement maintenance policies that prevent equipment failures while optimizing the use of EdgeCore's CMMS, MCIM platform. Develop and implement comprehensive condition-based maintenance policies and procedures to ensure optimal system performance.
Leverage EdgeCore's CMMS, MCIM, to design and refine efficient maintenance schedules and processes.
Establish and monitor Objective Key Results (OKRs) to track and enhance maintenance performance across the EdgeCore portfolio.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of maintenance programs by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions for improvement.
Optimize maintenance programs to improve equipment operability, availability, reliability, and efficiency while reducing costs.
Validate and audit operational procedures for critical equipment, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and company policies.
Provide expertise during incidents or system failures, gathering actionable data to refine processes and maintenance practices.
Conduct root cause failure analyses and implement corrective action plans to promote ongoing improvements in operations.

Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience in data center engineering, design, or operations.
In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices and expertise in managing critical electrical and mechanical data center equipment.

Compensation Disclosure
