Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting a State Integrated Eligibility System (IES).
Demonstrated expertise in Medicaid eligibility rules and regulations.
Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex system issues.
Strong facilitation skills with experience leading requirements-gathering sessions for IES enhancements.

Educational Requirements

Working with large data sets & Experience with complex data models involving more than 10 tables
Integrating data from multiple data sources into a QlikView Data Model - Hive/Hadoop, SQUIRRO/Social Media content, API extensions, etc
Use of complex QlikView functions and developing most optimal scripts for a given solution
Optimization of Dimensional data model for performance
Must have developed enterprise applications for use in production environments, should have experience in Section Access, Security Authentication & Authorization, Dynamic reduction, etc
Front-end design and Visualization best practices
Intimate familiarity Set Analysis & all charts and graphs to determine best one to use for a given business situation
Creating complex expressions for dynamic aggregation
Actions and triggers, Document Chaining & linking experience
Publisher and Server knowledge preferred but not required Understanding of Unix/Linux system, file systems, shell scripting
Hands-on development mentality, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience in Insurance domain
Strong analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of experience with DW/BI & Reporting tools such as QlikView, Cognos, BO, MS BI, Crystal reports, etc
At least 2 years of hands on experience in Design, Development & Build activities in Qlikview Projects - MUST
At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on DW/BI development and maintenance projects
