    RETTEW, an employee-owned engineering consulting firm, is seeking Civil/Site Engineers for our Land Development design team in Akron/Canton, OH; St. Clairsville, OH; or Pittsburgh, PA. As a Land Development Engineer, you will be responsible for performing engineering design and permitting tasks for development projects in the industrial, commercial, and residential development markets. You will work under the supervision of the project manager and/or a senior engineer. This position may require in-office work until you are fully onboarded (3-6 months). Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities * Performs engineering design for land development projects, including stormwater and erosion and sediment control design, NPDES permitting, etc. * Assists on tasks such as field activities, material testing, CADD work, permit applications, and report writing. * Collects data and gathers information or documents. * Assists with preparation of engineering deliverables. * Assists in researching applicable regulations. * Observes construction activities Requirements * A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology. * Recent graduate to 5 years of experience. * EIT certification is a plus. * Strong technical, design, and writing skills. * Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and stormwater programs (Hydraflow and/or HydroCAD). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
