You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

The IT Helpdesk Technician position is responsible for the delivery and support of IT services to the end user, including deployment of user computer hardware, software, printing/scanning, telephony, and other workplace technical services. This is a full-time onsite position.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The IT Helpdesk Technician function reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:
Desktop/Laptop Computer management
Develop and maintain standard computer configurations for end-user computers
Configure and deploy computers and associated peripheral equipment to meet the needs of the business.

Desktop Software Management

The GME Evaluations and Outcomes Specialist is responsible for providing expert application support and training services for physicians, residents, staff, and other stakeholders in the resident management system (RMS). This role ensures the accurate, efficient use of MyEvaluations, and works both independently and collaboratively to resolve complex technical issues, optimize workflows, and maintain data integrity. The specialist will track, report, and evaluate performance metrics for GME staff, residents, and fellows, supporting accreditation reviews, board presentations, and system optimization. Working closely with system developers and leadership, this position will provide user feedback to improve MyEvaluations' functionality and ensure seamless system integration. The role will also involve training, troubleshooting, and developing processes for onboarding, credentialing, and compliance tracking within GME programs.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the Director of GME Evaluations and Assessment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES and FUNCTIONS
This position will perform the following duties while living and demonstrating the Core Values:
* Serve as a super-user and key resource for the RMS (e.g., MyEvaluations), leveraging expertise in system functionality to optimize workflows, support integrations (AMION, credentialing software), and maintain data accuracy. Responsibilities include extracting employee and learner data from various sources, running queries, and generating reports for statistical analysis and program evaluation.
* Track and maintain Pace Card/Balanced Scorecard metrics for GME staff, residents, and fellows in collaboration with coordinators.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, graphs, and reports for leadership, board presentations, and accreditation reviews.
* Maintain accurate curricular milestones and evaluations in the RMS, ensuring data integrity and alignment with program requirements.
* Chair/Co-Chair the Curriculum Committee and provide reports as requested to appropriate governance bodies, administration, etc.
* Coordinate and execute the seamless import of timekeeping data from Paylocity / HR software into MyEvaluations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of resident and fellow clinical hours, and promptly identifying any discrepancies or potential violations related to duty hour compliance.
* Works collaboratively to develop processes to train physicians, residents, staff and other relevant stakeholders throughout the entire organization in the use of the resident management system
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements for the RMS, while developing and delivering training courses that align with emerging system capabilities.
* Deliver both group and individualized training to ensure high system competency among users.
* Lead resident and fellow training sessions on MyEvaluations and ensure seamless system adoption.
* Optimize RMS workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and work with leadership to configure the application for maximum efficiency.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in GME, healthcare education, or data system administration, with a strong technical background.

* A high degree of proficiency with Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
