Job Summary
The Construction Manager plays a critical project leadership role in the deployment of telecommunications infrastructure. Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operations on-site and provides management for all phases of client construction projects including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, scheduling, inspections, quality control and job site safety. Organizes trailer project files and plans on a plan rack.
Leads weekly subcontractor safety and coordination meetings. Prepares meeting agenda and minutes as well as five-week look ahead schedules.
Verifies subcontractor has signed contract and proper certificate of insurance in place five (5) days prior to beginning scheduled work on jobsite.
Ensures that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with contracted scope of work. Enforces and informs subcontractor requirements, terms and conditions, and the PREMIER safety control policies and project specifications.
Coordinates required inspections with local jurisdictions.
Coordinates and schedules all subcontractor activities. Identifies subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
Identifies conflicts in construction progress and communicates them to project team for resolution.
Maintains daily log (Procore) of activities on the jobsite.
Requires adherence to all applicable OS HAHA HA regulations and PPE.

Job Summary:
The Superintendent will have a deep understanding of pumping and treatment-related projects and how to execute them safely. The Superintendent shall schedule all employees, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within the time allowed. The Superintendent shall be responsible for the coordination of work directed in the field, provided work is performed following plans and specifications. Conflicts or revisions to the plan shall be communicated with the project team (i.e., superiors, architect, engineer, consultant, and owner) for mutual resolution, before execution of work that deviates from the approved plans. The Superintendent shall establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction. The Superintendent does not have authorization to engage in monetary agreements (subcontracts, change orders, work authorizations).
