Great pay, customer service, and room for growth.
Haven't found any yet
Seeing kids come through and being able to help the customers.
Well I have not met him yet. But the leadership at the Roseau store is awesome.
Color code leadership shirts or badges. It gets confusing trying to figure out management. Everyone should start off with white badges. With a sticker color of your position. Say brown for bakery, green for cashier, red for meat department, cream for dairy, and orange for stalkers and baggers. After you have been there so long your badge becomes your sticker color. The as you progress while in training you get stickers but after you are trained and in your position your sticker becomes a stripe. As you move up into management your stripes become more and smaller. That would make it easier new people understand the direction of management.

If you mean pay, it maybe less then the factories, but then again the factories pay is not worth the damage people bodies and time away from families. Money isn't everything.
Demographics in our area has been lacking for years by all businesses. People tend to forget we are Paul Bunyan type men and women. We are hearty. We are not southern California or Florida. We are meat and potatoes or beans and rice. We are not California rolls and sushi. We wear flannel and long John's not spandex and yoga pants
Being told " I haven't been to many stores where employees puts the customer first". I also like making customers laugh and smile.
It’s a great team to work with! The customers are amazing as well!
Lots of snobby managers and higher-ups. Some of the department managers are nice, some are just plain snobby and rude. A lot of the higher-ups who work in the office are also just plain rude and think they’re better than everyone else. Also, Miner’s sucks at pay raises.
My coworkers and the customers I serve.
HA! Not even going to answer this one.
The workers need to be treated with more respect. After all, we are the ones making Miner’s the money.
I didn’t. Got hired on the spot.
Low
It’s alright.
My coworkers and the customers I serve bring me the most joy.
I think super one used to be a good place to work, you work for helping people let them know you care, work hard!!
Hiring new people giving them more pay than existing workers that have been there a lot longer that I find unfair they get more hours. I don't understand when we are shorthanded. We bust our behinds to get things done. We go above and beyond for you but the new people get a better wages. It doesn't make sense. I would love to know why
Vacation
I don't know
I would definitely improve the way employees are treated. I would let them know they're doing a great job every day and thank them. I would definitely make sure everyone gets the right pay and fairness is a big part in making things work right
I prepared for my interview to look right. Speak the truth and answer any questions that they had
What compensation?
What diverse demographics is there any?
What brings me the most joy is helping the people making sure they have a great experience at the store and leave happy and they get everything they need in a timely manner and hopefully they have a smile on their face and I take more time with the elderly because they need it
Love customers
Management has favorites and it's clicky if you are not liked by one person then you get fired.
Worked in the deli and learned recipes, and other culinary skills.

Manager is a joke
