A non stressful environment.
The schedule and most of all the hours are always changing... You work 6 days a week for only 36 total hrs... Raises where lowered... All perks where taken away
Vacation that's it... no employee discounts
Giving benefits and higher pay to all employees after all... She still makes millions in revenue
Need more minority employees in management..she caters to Asians more cause they hold the most management positions
Fulfilling my task... Bringing great service to all customers and vendors... I loved setting the examples to newer employee's and some experienced ones as well
Some people were friendly
People running and telling the boss everything that isn't a big deal but makes it a big deal
There's really no benefit
Working for this Grocery Store is B.S because they take everything too seriously and it sucks that they don't want us to build any friendship the co-workers. They pay rate is not enough $15 per hour that's totally B.S. It sucks that this company doesn't give a employee discount for your groceries smh. The management wants you to do everything asap and especially covering the security guards lunch break for 35 minutes.
They expect you to do everything asap while working in the weekend's.
They don't give any employee discount for our hard work. They only give a discount on the gift cards totally B.S.
Proximity to my home is about the only item that is keeping me employed at my current work.
Upper management level is very weak and thus all the capable ones eventually leave
